Hello!

I’m Izzy, a Naturopathic Women’s Health Coach and yoga teacher. I live with my family on a semi off-grid smallholding in the Buckinghamshire countryside.

When I am not in my clinic you can find me chasing my chickens through my herb garden and enjoying spending time with my family pottering about on our land.

I am a certified health coach and naturopath receiving my training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and a Yoga Alliance certified experienced yoga teacher. I also hold additional diplomas in holistic nutrition and transformation coaching.

I’m dedicated to helping women restore balance and vitality, particularly through the challenges of hormone imbalances, adrenal fatigue, and chronic burnout.

Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of guiding women through transformative life phases, including new motherhood and perimenopause, with an approach rooted in natural practices and personal experience.

As a mother of four boys, I understand first-hand the complexities of nurturing both self and family. Having personally faced burnout, I’m passionate about sharing the healing practices that nature offers, along with traditional principles drawn from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and herbal wisdom. I believe the natural world holds answers to many of today’s health challenges, and I incorporate these insights into each client’s journey toward wellness.

In addition to my 1:1 coaching work, I am a lecturer on the CNM Health Coach diploma course and mentor student and graduate health coaches, helping them build confidence and clarity in their own practices. My goal is to empower each person I work with to discover their strength, find balance, and thrive on their unique wellness path.
